Founded in 1999, Animal Disaster Services provides a free emergency evacuation shelter for all pets and small companion animals evacuated within Yavapai County. All services are provided under the direction of Yavapai County Emergency Management at no charge to the pet owner. Services are provided 24 hours per day throughout the duration of the evacuation(s).
Animal Disaster Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization operated solely by volunteers. There are no paid employees.
